REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Given the nature of service provided by our company “BigCommand LLC”, it’s subsidiaries and affiliates including but not limited to Adilo, BigDrive, InboxBird, we do not offer refunds on prepaid fees except when expressly communicated on the signup, sales page and/or pricing page of the specific service and/or product.

When possible especially on subscription products, we may provide a free trial, discounted paid trial and/or discounted subscription fee to allow our users try out the product before making a full purchase.

Your purchase of any products and/or services by our Company is not bound by any contract clause except when expressly communicated on the signup, sales page and/or pricing page of the specific service and/or product.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription without Contracts

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. We will not refund any pro-rated fee or any unused credits, rather you’re advised to use the product and/or service till the end of your current billing period then cancel.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription with Contracts

If your subscription is bound by a contract clause, you may not cancel your account until you fulfil all the contractual obligation including but not limited to making full payments for the term of the contract regardless of if you wish to continue using the service and/or product or not.

If you wish to cancel before the end of your contract tenure, you’re obliged to make payments to the Company to cover the rest of your pending fees as agreed in your contract.

Cancellation of Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, Bi-Annual and Long-Term Subscription without Contracts

A long-term subscription is any subscription that is prepaid or agreed to be paid for and/or use for a period no less than three (3) months (quarterly) to a period no higher than ten (10) years (decade).

You can cancel your long-term subscription at any time. We will not refund any pro-rated fee or any unused credits, rather you’re advised to use the product and/or service till the end of your current billing period then cancel.

Cancellation of Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, Bi-Annual and Long-Term Subscription with Contracts

If your long-term subscription is bound by a contract clause (and mostly is), you may not cancel your account until you fulfill all the contractual obligation including but not limited to making full payments for the term of the contact regardless of if you wish to continue using the service and/or product or not.

Exceptional Cases for Refunds

In exceptional cases that we fail to provide all the agreed services on your subscription for a period of 30 days, you’ll become eligible a reasonable pro-rated subscription fee refund. However, providing any of the services enlisted in the subscription during the same period partially or fully renders this refund clause null & void.

This clause in its entirety does not include scenarios in which the cause of failure by our company was a temporary service disruption such as but not limited to DDoS attacks, hosting server downtime, API connection failures, death or indisposition of an employee in charge of providing the service and/or unforeseen circumstance beyond our control such as but not limited to government policies, natural disasters, power failures, religious, social and cultural affairs etc.

Alternatively, we may offer a user a credit or bonus on product/service and/or any other products/services owned/managed by the Company to compensate for service failure.
